Here’s a question from one of our patients: I’ve been hearing a lot about detox diets for weight loss. I’m looking to plan my own weight loss program. I wonder if a detox diet is something I should try?

Answer: Unfortunately, there is not a simple answer to this question. In short, the answer is “it depends.” Determining if you in particular should undertake a detox diet as a viable weight loss method does depend on diverse critical factors. Therefore I ask you these 3 questions:

1. What percentage of your body fat is cellulite? If you answer half or more, then yes, a detox diet will be good for your weight loss efforts.

2. Has your diet typically included these foods: dairy products, refined foods, processed foods, fast food, convenience food, junk food, foods high in sugar or fat content or foods with artificial ingredients? If your answer is YES to any of these, you would definitely benefit if you were to begin your weight loss program with a detox diet.

3. Lastly, are you presently experiencing any symptoms of body toxicity, like digestive disorders, halitosis (bad breath), foul-smelling feces, colon irregularity, looseness of the bowels, skin rashes and other skin problems, headaches or migraines, body or joint pain, tiredness , malaise or excessive premenstrual symptoms? If so, then, most definitely, you will benefit from a detox diet.

Now, having said all that, be mindful of the fact that a detox diet is an extremely useful health tool when approached properly, but if done improperly, a detox diet can actually do harm. Therefore, it’s important that you research the matter and select a detox plan that is best for you and, more importantly, is safe and gentle on your body. Extreme detox programs are to be avoided like the plague.

For years, women’s hair loss and wigs were not something I was familiar with. Anchoring the nightly news was the only thing I cared about. That was true till the time I started to lose my hair due to medical hair loss. I pronounced that I wouldn’t condone the outcome of becoming a balding Mr. Clean of Texas.

I thought that I’d lost myself, without a real head of hair. It became clear that it would be impossble to recover fabulous style. Girl, I was foolish. Before I got wise and bought my real human hair wig, I attempted a barrage of silly synthetic wigs that didn’t match my scalp. My boyfriend Malcolm worked his magic and found respectable, medical wig websites that carried authentic wigs that would suit me.

Then I got online and checked it out. I uncovered a cornucopia of astonishing, chic wigs. Their natural wigs for cancer patients suited me best.

Given the perfect wig, a girl in my place would foster confidence while growing comfortable with her medical hair loss. Now I see this as an opportunity to display my current golden locks. It was magical to actually go about as I used to on the job.

It’s likely I’m being ridiculous carrying on like this, however my style is an important aspect of my career. Is it possible there’s more things to reality than a beautiful head of hair? Darn-it, I don’t care if it were true. Its true, medical wigs for women offer an important option for stylish ladies who can relate.

You can’t understand what this has been like. No one knows the reality of me and my cancer. Anyhow so it goes, I’m just glad to look fabulous for my husband again. Lace front wigs improved things for my attitude on life.

Judgmental people might find that sentiment is superficial. They don’t know. What makes being alive so worthwhile? For me, I adore love and my hair.

Feel Good About Your Wig,

Purity12 can help you by removing the toxic material from your body. One great colon cleansing system that many doctors would recommend would be Purity 12. Using Purity12 system is a great way to flush out your bodies toxins the natural way via colon cleansing.

Purity 12 Has Free Trial Offer

Using Purity12 Cleanse system is a way to flush out your bodies poisons the natural way via colon cleaning. It removes the harmful toxic waste build up that has been accumulating in your colon. It also makes you feel much less tired and fatigued. This colon cleansing system not only removes the harmful toxic waste build up that has been residing in your colon, but it also removes harmful parasites, worms, toxins, and chemicals, relieves bloating and constipation, burns fat (which promotes weight loss), contains Pro-Biotics (which create a hostile environment for harmful bacteria, worms, and parasites, causing them to flee from your system), lowers your susceptibility to getting chronic diseases and colon cancer, boosts your metabolism, and renews your energy and vitality. As it contains only all natural ingredients, this amazing colon cleansing system will not harm your body in any way whatsoever, but can only help you.

A toxic colon can create an immense amount of build up in your intestines. These poisons can be exposed thru pollutants in the air we breathe, the water we drink, and, including but not restricted to, the foods we eat. This poison accumulation takes the form of maybe 15 pounds of fecal matter. By having a poisonous waste build up in your guts, your body is more at the mercy of becoming swollen. As well as being swollen and rather poisonous, you can also keep weight by having a back up colon. By employing Purity12 Cleanse, poisons can be removed from the body simply.

The act of colon cleansing has been going on since the beginning of our time, or at least since the beginning of recorded history. In fact, colon cleansing has been documented as having been practiced as early as 1500 B.C. in Egypt. Though many medical practices and treatments have come and gone throughout history, colon cleansing has stood strong and is even still practiced today, many years, decades, centuries-even a millennium later! Although many medical practices come and go throughout the years, colon cleansing is not one of them for it has only become more and more popular-and it is no wonder! There are several different methods of colon cleansing. One way of detoxing your body is by using Purity12 Cleanse. It is merely because colon cleansing is so important to your health, for the benefits of colon cleansing are simply too hard to ignore.

We are all humans and we like to look good, some just because we like it, some because other people like it and some because we are scared of what others might say if we don’t cut our hair once in a while for girls more often for guys. So if it’s something that is so common for the rest of the world why is there some of us that cannot make ourselves simply go there?

Well for myself I come from bad hair genetics, I don’t have what you would call a full set of hair but down to the bare minimum, and so the does the rest of my family. My dad at 55 has almost gone bold and my mom has very thin hair, which is why she keeps it short. But for myself I have always, always had long hair ever since I can remember, and now that I am thirty I see signs of some thinning I am really scared to even touch it, to say the least cut it. I am completely not very fond of the hairstylist, I am hoping that if I just leave it up I will simply stop falling and I will get to keep it.

Recently I have stumbled upon something, I have began to trim it every month, it has seemed to help the hair seems to be getting healthier and fall less, I guess I should have listed to my friends a long time ago who told me it would help.

The luxury of soaking in a hot bath is a great stress reducer for many women. By adding certain scents, bubble bath, and essential oils to the bath water, we can create a totally relaxing experience or energize ourselves once again, depending on the products we use.

Unfortunately, many of the bath products available on the market are laced with harsh chemicals that can irritate our skin or even cause infections. You have to be careful in what you purchase and actually research your product choices carefully.

An alternative choice is to make your own bath products. By combining readily available ingredients along with a selection of essential oils, your bubble bath will help to enhance the softness of your skin, aid in stress reduction, and contribute to your mental health and well being.

What Ingredients Constitute Homemade Bubble Bath?

Let’s look at some of the ingredients that you’ll be using to mix up your own homemade bubble bath formula.

Distilled Water – You can purchase distilled water in most grocery stores. The benefit over using this type of water over regular tap water is that chlorine, all minerals and other impurities have been removed from it.

Liquid glycerin – This is a clear, thick liquid that is extracted from animal fats and vegetable oils, and is a by-product of soap manufacturing. It’s purpose is to increase moisture and softness, plus it helps to create bubbles.

Castile Soap – This type of soap was originally made from olive oil although other types of oils can also be used, such as: coconut, almond, hemp, and jojoba.

Essential Oils – There are many oils that have many different purposes so you will need to research this area. For a soothing scent try oils like lavender, rosewood, sandalwood, chamomile, and myrrh. Some of the essential oils that can help you to feel energized and rejuvenated are eucalyptus, spearmint, peppermint, and lemon oil. Oils that are especially good at softening the skin include almond and coconut oil.

Simple Bubble Bath Recipe

Here is a very quick and easy recipe that anyone can make. Once you have it mixed, pour the mixture into an unbreakable bottle. As it doesn’t have any chemical ingredients to preserve it, it would probably be safe to say you could store your bubble bath for one to two months.

1 quart warm distilled Water
1 Bar castile soap, grated
2 oz Liquid Glycerin
3 to 4 drops essential oil of choice

Mix the water and grated soap together until all the soap is dissolved. It’s best to use warm to hot water for this, as it helps the soap dissolve faster. Add the glycerin and essential oil stir gently. This is safe to use for kids as well.

Bubble Bath For The Winter Months

We all know how miserable getting a cold or the flu can be. Here is a wonderful bubble bath recipe to soak in when you’re sick since Eucalyptus can help your body fight cold symptoms and reduce congestion.

6 drops of eucalyptus oil
3 drops of spearmint oil
3 drops of peppermint oil
1 quart of distilled water (heated)
1 bar of castile soap. (4 oz. Bar), grated
4 ounces liquid glycerin

Mix the water and grated soap together until the soap has dissolved. Add the remaining ingredients, stir gently, and store in an unbreakable bottle.

Women are notorious for always being on the go and putting everyone else’s health first. Just remember, it is also important that you take care of yourself as well. Allowing yourself to relax is part that care. Preparing your own homemade bubble bath with favorite essential oils is one great way to do this. Now go find that novel you’ve been wanting to read, take that deliciously soothing bath and melt away the stress of the day.

There was a woman who was in such a hurry to go to the airport.
She told the cab driver to step on it. She was so engrossed
with her own thoughts that she was not aware they were going
on a different route.

Suddenly, a man went inside the cab and took her handbag where
she placed her visa, passport, and all her money for the trip.

The driver, who was in cahoots with the robber, left her in the
middle of that dark street. She cursed the world for being so
mean to her, and she kept on thinking how unlucky she was to
be in that situation.

That very same night, she heard a shocking news. Tears flowed
down her face. Flight 230 has crashed! It was the plane where
she was supposed to board into. If she have not lost her
precious belongings, she could have lost something far more
important – her life!

Sometimes bad things really happen. We lost our money, failed
our exams, or get rejected by others. There are times when
nothing seems to go our way.

So what do we do about it? Are we going to be disappointed?
The answer is a resounding “No!” We must take all these
frustrations out of our chest and start all over again with
the consistent faith that we will get what we deserved.

So what if you failed the exams? Maybe you’d be more
successful and much happier in another field. You were
rejected by your boyfriend/ girlfriend? There are plenty
of others out there who are much better and who are much more
deserving of your love and affection.

Don’t waste your time and energy on things that can’t be
changed. Continuous worrying will only affect your health
on the long run, and you’d be doing much more damage than
what was previously done.

Set yourself free. Move onwards with the conviction of a
winner.

What if we turn the tables around? What if you never ran
out of good luck?

There was this man who won the lottery. He thought he was the
luckiest person in the world. He became greedy and wasted
all his money on everything he could get his hands on.

One day, he made it on the front page of the newspaper again.
But this time, it was a different story. He was killed
because of his riches.

If you attain good luck, never be too secure about it either.
Pray for protection and guidance. Life is so unpredictable.
You just won’t know what will happen next.

Live one day at a time. Sometimes we subject ourselves to
unnecessary mental and emotional torture. We ask ourselves,
“What if I don’t get this done in time?” or “What if my
family leaves me and I’ve got no one else to turn to?”

Work at the present moment. Do what must be done at present
and the future will turn out just fine. Believe me. And
believe in yourself. As Captain Planet always says: “The
power is yours!”
