Laptop computer shipments are approximately estimated to be in the region of 130million units this year, which is immense! So massive demand but low supply according to what manufacturers are expecting. I think the unfortunate thing for manufacturers is that it doesn’t look like anything will slow this demand for laptop computers. Companies are trying to order the technology cycles but that doesn’t restrict anyone from coming and upgrading things.

There seems to be a lot more variation and attainability of gaming notebooks these days. These days you get tons of value because the next best thing is always around the corner. Notebook computers can now genuinly be used for gaming by us due to the better performance of modern portables. Compact components that perform better and are operate at lower temps also means that gone are the times of the giant notebook computers for gaming. Ok so there remains a gap in power no matter how advanced gaming notebooks have become but that should always exist. Gaming laptops are always testing the speed boundaries of notebook computers so its always a true benchmark of how far the technology has come in those terms.

There are always going to be those consumers that want a notebook custom built because they need to use it for a particular field of work. With custom built notebooks you commonly get to find what brand of components is going into the system. It just allows the purchaser added flexibility at the end of the day. Mass market notebooks are not manufactured with specialist customers in mind and this could pose a predicament. You can get a more suitable laptop by one built to spec. There are plenty of small system builders about that provide great customer care. Once again a futher coudos to custom laptops.

It certainly will intriguing to see what gets next. Laptop computers totally for surfing the world wide web etc are being released in the market one after the other. A whole new sector has appeared suddenly it seems. I feel people would like to see bigger portables that weigh a lot less than todays machines. Stronger casing needed for such notebooks are still too pricey. It would not surprise me to see ultra mobile gaming notebooks in the next 5 years time. Even though laptop technology follows plans there is always going to be a product that transforms all that.
